The breakfast was abundant with a variety of options! i especially enjoyed the unique toilet design in the lobby. It added such a charming touch. the room was very spacious and felt luxurious. It was a grand premier king.
The lack of a readily available menu in the room was a slight inconvenience. i had to call to request one. This delayed my ability to order room service. i wish the menus were more accessible.

The staff was fabulous. Pia was lovely during check-in. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The hotel had beautiful, clean rooms. The view was fine! The hotel location was excellent. The price was good. The Executive Suite room was especially worth it. Lee and Tum were great too. (I really appreciated that).
I found that the lobby was a little uninteresting.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to the skytrain. The adjacent shopping mall included a fantastic food court with many options. Breakfast was excellent with great variety.
I noticed some wear and tear. The room could use some refurbishment

The location offered easy access to malls and the mtr station. service was generally helpful. Staff worked to assist with a qr code scan for a food voucher. i eventually used the food menu in the room. i hope they can recommend this to guests if reception assistance is not successful.
the toilet flush was broken on the last day. i also heard that a friend's shower required repairs . i suggest regular checks on bathroom facilities.
